If you cut holes in the grow bags and put plant pots in the holes [about 6-9 inches tall] Make sure the pots have big holes in the bottom and then put your tom plants in the pots they get a better root system and grow better - hope that makes sense and that I'm not teaching you to suck eggs - many apologies if I am

Thank you Helen :D I have not grown tomatoes before so I was just going to keep my fingers crossed :rotfl: Im not very good with plants, my mum can grow a stick but she didn't pass the green finger gene on to me :o

Trolly :D I hope everything is going ok for you today. I have been thinking of you, I too have realy bad days and my lot are blind to what I do and sometimes I just want to crawl into a corner and cry but so far coming here has kept me from doing that :)
L O's would much rather have an hour of play with mum than a hundred toys :D

CraftyGranny - many apologies for not saying sooner - so glad to hear your DS is feeling and looking better, you must be relieved

Hart - glad I didn't offend, we have an allotment for the first time [had in for 3 days under a year lol] but we grew lots in the back garden for the year before and still have bits out there - toms, peas, runners and we even turned our front garden into a potato patch hehe

ExTrolley - how are you hun

Today I sorted DS's room, changed our bed, cleaned the bathroom, WM x 6 and its still going!!, watered at the lottie and had a cuddly with DH :D So all in all quite a good day

    See you all tomorrow

Sounds like loads of you have been really busy today. I didn't get anything done in the house or garden but did manage a short bike ride with OH and the kids.

    Hello Messies!

I have had a productive day - in the garden. Cut the grass and weeded, all those bloomin' weeds! I was listening to a story on my ipod, so the time flew past. However, the midden that is the bedroom with the leek, is still just that - a MIDDEN. We are going to see the grandchildren tomorrow - a 2 hour bus journey away - so there won't be much HW done, apart from cleaning cat trays, food dishes etc and feeding them.

Nice to hear of all your exploits, and Ex Trolley, I hope things improve for you in the near future, like the others I send you virtual hugs. When I have bad times, I repeat "this too will pass" and it will, believe me.

Well, better get on, I am shattered after my strenuous afternoon. Speak to you all soon, and hope you all have a peaceful Sunday.
