I have at last managed to call in and say hello to you all :D
I have been good today :D

I have done 1 load of washing and dried it on the line :D
A basket of ironing and put it all away :D
Hoovered the living room and kitchen :D
Then I had a coffee and gave up so un picked the rest of the sheet I got from the CS to add to my fabric stash and I have sewn a snap fastener on the camera case I made :D

I forgot to get sausages out of the freezer for tea so they are defrosting ready for tomorrow instead :o now got to go find something else to feed my horrors with :o

Hope everyone has a nice relaxing afternoon/evening :D (just in case I don't get back :rotfl:)
Getting myself sorted 1 day/1thing at a time :) and Love sewing :)

done hardly anything again today the old knees are playing up. went to asda at 8.30 on my zoomer . Got back and tidied the kitchen. we are determined to keep that all sparkly since we did it and it still is 2 weeks later . just need to do the same to the rest now.

did spend half the morning on the phone sorting out house ins renewal . then an extra long call to sort out and renew tax credits. but at least it's all done now.

Got my hair done, picked up IT equipment I need came home, contemplated doing something and sat at the computer until the feeling went away :o

Did clean out all the snakes with the help of my OH (I held the reptiles while he did the cleaning which suits us both as he's not a snake fan). So sparkling vivaria at least.;)

Hair came out really well, so happy about that, but motivation is just not happening and my back is playing up as well, so am going to go down and watch Great British Menu and anything else that takes my fancy.

At least the house is now not knee deep in clutter, and I will make a start on the living room tomorrow. Have a good evening fellow messies.

Top tip - if you put the frozen stuff in a bowl of cold water (yes cold) it defrosts super quick.

Have been keeping on top of my now tidyish house (not including the mountains of paperwork that needs sorting) and the garden is nearly completed and I'm well chuffed - I keep an eye on the thread - its good to keep me motivated so I don't let all the jobs build up - talking of which the carpet needs a good hoover!

Hi all. Bought a shirt from the next outlet for sons birthday. Daughter will give him it from her. Iv got to give him his birthday money so Ill be a hundred quid down:eek:. Sixteen, god I feel old.
Bought him a hedgehog cake as Im useless making them. He is at that cross roads where they want to be grown up but still a child inside.

Bought nowt for me but oh bought three tshirts for two pounds each out of next. Nothing much else in there for daughter or me.
Oh tried getting me to buy a new game thats out for forty quid. Great even when their in their forties they want toys.

Iv got to put all the stuff for charity in bags later as they are in storage boxes. Outlaws are coming sat and his dad has the car so will be the taxie to charity shop.
Oh I bet lots of the knitted boobs go missing,lo.
