Ex trolley, I find a good tip is to stand at the door of each room and deal with what hits your eye first, I usually start at the front door dealing with rubbish in hall before moving round the downstairs rooms. A house can look an awful lot better just for shifting a few things. I find a quick vac can make a difference too.

    Leave upstairs till last.

Ex trolly . Have a lovely day with your mum and you usually find 2 people together achieve so much more than just yourself.

Hope everyone else is well. I have put the washer on and the dryer on. Off to hairdresser soon then lots of ironing for me later.

    Moring

Still breathing, well just about. Nightmare times healthwise at the moment and have caught a really heavy cold on top. My brain is wiliing nut my body isn't right now. Trying to develop blinkers at the moment so I don't see how bad things are. Have made it out of bed today so that is good.

Love reading all of your posts :-)

Morning all. New digis driving me mad with whistling and rubbing the tops of my ears - audiologist assured me these would be suitable but I'm not so sure but will persist for a few days.

Someone seems to have dropped a bomb on my study, so need to clear debris. Will do bathroom and was going to mop the hall but as it's wet dogs will just make it look twice as bad, so may sort out the kitchen cupboards instead. I have a freeflow attitude to decluttering, and it tends to depend on what catches my mood.

Lists simply don't work for me as my mind flits about too much - may do a mind map instead as it doesn't matter then what order I do things in.

Best of luck with the day, and for those in contemplation mode - you are gathering energy so enjoy.

morning all. hope all is well, getting better and so on.
i would difinatly agree with standing in the doorway and seeing what mess catches your eye to tidy? and bieng ruthless along with getting/enlisting help of someone who is good at cleaning or no nonsense/ruthless.
had an improvement on yesterday as i managed to shift a bag of clothes plus managed to decide and very quickly sort some clothes someone gave me.
and only liked/could fit into one pair of trousers and as they wanted to rehome what was left from my rummage ive promptly given it back?
now to sort the rest of my flats messy challanges?

    Afternoon fellow mucky klubbers

DS has a fat lip, nasty cut on it, the temp filling has just fallen out so he'll have to go without for a couple of weeks until all is calm in his mouth and they can do something permanent, although there is nothing calm about his mouth as he yack's non stop from the time he gets up till he goes to bed - fair wears me out lol. Thank you for all the well wishes x
