Glad you're starting to feel better J.
I'm on day two of garage clearing. I can't decide if I'm amused or cross at what I've found, no room for amything but the shelves are full of near empty boxes! I think everything is in the right place now and I've freed up the toolbox for my craft stuff. Not too bad.
Hope you're having a good day.0 -
I've had a very busy weekend, saturday was DD1's 4th birthday and sunday we visited my mom and dads. My sis, bil and nieces and nephew were there, we hadn't seen them since the end of august. I couldn't believe how much they had all grown! My sis is also pregnant but is 4 weeks ahead of me!
OH bought a new car, a much needed 7 seater. Right now he's taking all the back seats out and doing a huge tip run:j My house is slowly getting sorted.
Later I'm going to sort out all the baby clothes, put all the ones DS1 has out grown into storage, They'll be handy for bump next year.
My christmas tree is already up as oh absolutely loves christmas. Our house looks like santas grotto
Hope your all having a good day: DD1 23/11/09

Wow Kat360 you are busy!! You are the only person i know that has their tree up already, i have a friend that LOVES christmas and has got her reindeer bunting up but not the tree yet!
I've just finished wrapping the kids xmas presents and got them safely tucked away until dec 25th! I've got giftcards to buy and hampers to make during december, i'm never normally this organised!!
It's raining here at the mo, i can see the hens hiding under the trampoline in the garden. Mr farmer is digging the foundations for a new cattle shed to house the expectant mums over the winter, his deadline is christmas but i'm not sure he'll have the whole building completed by then!
Alec eiffel - well done on the garage front!!
JxxIt's a farmers life for me......:j0 -
Hi Messies!
FW, I`m glad your back is improving, sciatica can niggle on for ages but keep moving (gently!) and keep warm (LONG woolly jumpers - borrow Mr Farmer`s!) and it should help a lot. Well done for being so organised.
Alec E well done in the garage. Empty boxes are a pain, you forget they`re there after a while then suddenly wonder how long you`ve kept them, and why!
Kat, happy birthday to your DD1, lovely that her Daddy is home for it. You sound busy but happy, Bless you!
Chez-Emm....
Work yesterday was manic, and I`ve been asked to swop a shift -long day tomorrow instead of Saturday. Then a late on Friday and add Sat to me annual leave, so I agreed. Came home to a sinkful of DS`s dirty dishes that he`d brought out of his pit and `left to soak`. GRRR! And this morning he`s informed me that his GF is coming to stay for a few days on Friday. I`m always glad to see her, it`s just his room-tidying beforehand that explodes over the rest of the house...
Anyhow, it`s all thrown my meal-plans askew, so today I need to do a bit of shopping and a re-think, as I won`t be here tomorrow. I still feel tired from yesterday, not best applied to thinking....

I'm not getting much done here, my get up and go has got up and gone.
I've done a bit of shopping but that's all apart from the normal washing and clearing away.14 Projects in 2014 - in memory of Soulie - 2/140 -

Afternoon,
I'm churning today, it just seems like I'm moving stuff about but nothing's actually going away! It also feels like I've been washing up all day. I'll be glad to see Saturday night I can tell you. Hope you're having a good day.0 -
I managed to tidy and clean our bedroom, clean the bathroom, hoover the stairs and landing, declutter some garb and hoover the hall.
The washing machine is on the blink and we have only had it about 18months. Ill have to search for the paperwork.
Went to see dd teacher about some extra teaching for maths. Dd doing well but lacks confidence in that area. Teacher said that she should be in the classes for gifted children when starting secondary next year.
Really proud of her.
Im resting up now as my foot has swelled . Good excuse for not doing anything.0
