If you have all her details, small claims court is an option. Depends how far you wish to push it. Speak to Paypal on the phone though and explain you have supporting evidence that the item was not as described. The fact it has been signed for is not relevant as your dispute isn't that the parcel didn't arrive, it's that it is not as described.

Bottom line - always deal via ebay.

what dispute have filed? item not as described I hope? If so then seller will have to refund upon you returning the coat (fully tracked of course).
Did you keep the packaging? Was her return address on etc?

    Slow down.

She sent a coat, the coat is not the item the op bought. The op must send the coat back via special delivery, not recorded, add the tracking and the op will get her money back. The coat is snad. The op will win.

If you google the phone number from ebay the phone is/was on Gumtree - just having trouble tracking down the actual listing as I've not used Gumtree before.
Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree! :D
  • I really hope you can get this sorted out OP, can't believe the cheek of this woman!

As far as I can see it's not a live advert though.

Goggle says " It is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on 8 Apr 2011 16:15:30 GMT". So she advertised the same sort of phone after the ebay auction had ended.
Is it just me that thinks that's strange?
