Oh! I'm first in the list of names.........could be an omen:D

But as only 2 of mine have germinated so far, maybe not

I'm going to stick them on a hot water bottle to speed things up a bit

Would it be alright if I join? Only just found this thread and my two DD's have decided they have to grow sunflowers this year but the seeds only went in on Saturday so they may be a little behind.

Thank you very much mrbadexample, the yellow ones were only planted on Saturday but found some multi headed red ones yesterday and threw a few in pots too!

im in planted yesterday. Probably too late. Didnt realise that most id planted were dwarf versions!!! Think ive got a few larger ones

welcome poly1 and ds1980 the more the merrier once I get on a computer I'll add you to the list.

I think I might try to plant some of mine outside this week - do you think I should harden them off as I started them indoors?

none of mine are tall ones. I just think its funny. Unless there is a serious prize for tallest I'm happy just to be in it for the growing of them:o
