Where is it you can post requests for peeps to vote for or nominate you? I believe I've been nominated for some blog awards and the 5 with most votes get to be finalists.

I thought there used to be a sep board on MSE but I can't find it anymore. Ideas?

Just wondering does anybody get put off entering competitions for holidays? By that I mean do you think "I won't be able to go because of spending money" or don't you bother about that and just worry about it if you won the competition?
I enter competitions for all inclusive holidays but those which are just the holiday and flights I tend to avoid.

I don't enter holiday comps at all because I get homesick when I leave our PostCode. My Daughter flew to Zurich this morning on a holiday win and in September she flies to New York then cruises back on the Queen Mary 2 which is another win. She's not well off, but if you don't go mad, then it's do-able.

Yet another company apologising today for sending out an email with everyone else's email address in copy, this time it's Marine Beauty Care. Yes mistakes can happen, but they'd already sent the email once with no addresses showing, then the following day sent a duplicate email with them all on!

what is with all these companies having compromised our emails? i guess they all used the same place/company/something to store them and that place/company is fault but jeeze!

I think this one was a mistake by the actual company rather then a 'holding' company. They can get massive fines for not looking after people's information, you'd think they would be more careful.
