weeowens, there were two PM's sent to you from me. I am not, as you have not, going to go into detail of what was sent. IMO you should not have brought up the PM's in the first place in the open forum. As mentioned, you sent my PM's to admin and BG's, if these PM's were so bad, why has nothing been said to me? IMO it was a silly argument by two members, which do happen on here from time to time, there was no need to mention it on the open forums.

I have to mention too, in case some are getting the wrong idea. For the people who thanked weeowens posts on PM's conversation, yes you have every right to thank what you wish, but I have only ever had occasion to converse through PM with one of you. That was for you to tell me twice you had won through a comp I'd posted and once to tell me I had posted in the wrong place. There was no malice or bad words exchanged, so I'm finding it hard to understand that one, but hey!

I also was not happy with some things said by weeowens in her/his PM's to me, but I did not for a second consider reporting anything.

I too am going re evaluate my role on MSE, no point in carrying on with something that takes up so much of your time, but makes you feel miserable with all the hassle involved.

Thank you for the PM's sent, telling me about similar happenings and reasons for stopping posting.

Please everyone - stop now! I dont often come on here now apart from posting bangzo in the morning and then i log off. Partly because I need to do that, keeps me in my routine and helps me kick start in the morning due to various reasons, partly because of the atmosphere of late on the forum.

Please - why all the nastiness and bickering. What's happened on this site?

My dear family member is fighting terminal cancer - every day is a bonus, every day, every week, every month. And I thank god that he is doing well and has such a positive attitude. Our beloved pet lost his life to cancer just a couple of months back, we loved him to bits - how ironic is that!! Another dear family member is out in afghanistan - need i say more. We have had our fair share of !!!!! really but we always stay positive - thats the only way to go.

Come on everyone please - lets stop the bickering - this used to be a lovely forum and life is just too short for this sort of thing. I should know!

I thank everyone for their input in this forum - couldnt have enterered all the lovely comps without your help, goes without saying. And please, dont think of leaving, lets be strong. But please, lets get everything into perspective, life is precious, you dont realise til you have to face reality as I have had to do. Bickering solves nothing - lets bring this forum back to how it was - a fun happy place with everyone mucking in and pulling together.

I don't come on here very often and not sure what is going on.

I have noticed recently that the forum isn't as friendly as it use to be and today I have received a nasty PM which I have reported.

I am very grateful to weeowen, Divadee, Immortal Beloved, and miss linda for all their posts and hard work. I hope you reconsider and stay as there won't be as half as many comps on thre board without your posts.

I don't understand why everyone can't get along. If someone posts on the wrong place or makes a mistake, so what, just point it out nicely and move on.

Hiya, I'm not sure what has been going on to make people want to leave, but would just like to suggest that everyone stays and just put people who aggravate them on ignore. It's unfortunate to have to do that, but something I've had to do myself after experiencing unpleasantness and upsetting PMs in another area of the forum. As a comper, I really appreciate everyone who goes to the time of posting competitions and running this section of the forum so please don't anyone go for good! Lily x

Last weeks is a month long one hun, guess it's while there's loads of school hols and bank hols xx

So am I reading this right yet another dispute, leavin 4 people no longer posting competitions.

Dont you all think this is getting out of hand, we are grown adults, so much has been said over the last week.

Again I will repeat what I said at the weekend, if we continue the big giants at MSE will SHUT the forum rather than to deal with this constant bickering.

So I urge you all, please stop.

just wanted to thank all the posters on here for all their time and effort. i really dont understand what all the arguing is over as comping is a hobby. by definition hobbies are meant to be fun and enjoyable ! i hope no one has left for good as it would be a huge shame to stop comping over bickeringcant say iam suprised at people being rude or bickering as my first post on here was asking for advice on a comp i won through a mag, not through mse ( i had never heard of mse when i entered the comp but bought the mag every week) and i was met by such rude comments i decided not to post much. I found mse purely though chance on google and thought itd be a good place for advice. I am so grateful to the nice people who did help and am so grateful to everyone on here. Enjoy comping and treat it like the hobby it is. THANK YOU EVERYONE xxxxxx
