I never wanted to move in with my partner or anyone really and only did ask her to move in when the CSA give me that large 1st assessment. I just thought let her move in, she'll be happy, her house sale will pay off this mortgage and really I won't be paying the CSA 1 PENNY, cause the mortgage will be down to £200pm (freeing up £500) and indirectly my partner would be paying it.
What a catch you are. Jesus christ! Just when you thought he couldn't get any lower, low n behold he does.

:rotfl:This troll has certainly got a few hot under the collar. C'mon folks, none of you really think he's for real do you?
;) Some of us actually enjoy winding up the trolls as much as they think they are winding up the regulars.

No, I have never ever met him...only seen him on Fbook, his mother has obviously put loads of photo's of him on there for me to see...
That wasn t what I asked .I asked do you not want or have a yearning to meet him ?
He could be the most lovely boy on the planet ,money means nothing in the long term .
You could get so much from him ,I ve yearned all day for my DS to come home.
He spends mothers day with his biological mam ,I love it once he s home.To have a hug .Life/happiness is not about money .#
Im really not trying to dig OP ,just wanting you to see the little one as something more than an unwanted bill.

It was a quiet day yesterday :D
However if you believe it a waste of bandwith, you could possibly report the thread to abuse. ;)

Why because do people if they have'nt got an answer to my queries or don't understand CSA1 just leave it at that?

There's really no need to judge me, I thought that is what this 'site' was for people who have knowledge giving advice on CSA rules and legislation old or new rules!

Only 2 NRP's have admitted they informed the CSA of their partner details when they moved in and I did not as we are not legally obliged to.

I would really appreciate anyone who has knowledge/experience on CSA1 carer allowance.

The PWC had a child who became 16 yrs (dif NRP) at the start of MY case for new child. Thefore I should have been responsible for the WHOLE carer allowance and family premium, which I know is correct.

The other NRP has been charged all these years when she was finished school and working!

What I would like to know please is:-

Does the carer allowance stop when child is 16 whether in full time education or not?

    Thank you

Oh, you're really scraping the bottom of the barrel now, dear lady....not being a ittle bit racist are you?

You can see it was obviously a mistake/typing error - nothing to do with the Queens english.

I am from an english speaking country and served the UK Queen and country for 40yrs...of which I am very, very proud:)

I was only looking for an answer to CSA1: Carer Allowance/Family Premium.
