Once upon a time there was a new recruit to the army named Private Dozy.
Early one morning, during initial training, Dozy and his intake were on the parade square doing a spot of square-bashing.
Dozy was consistently having problems keeping 'in-step' with the rest of the squad.
"Dozy you 'orrible little man, get in-step", shrieked the exasperated drill sergeant.
"But I am in-step sarn't-major" insisted & protested Private Dozy, "It's all the others who are out of step."0 -

It is the car park for Staples, Boots, Tesco etc. It is still West Quay but it is not in West Quay.0
