Congratulations.
Just a note for anyone still after a good cure, i tried everything in my first pregnancy and nothing worked, everything suggested here (she was pretty much bald by the way!) so when it started up at about 19weeks in this pregnancy i was resigned till i read in another forum to try ice cream, its miraculous! literally 2 spoons and the heartburn goes, of course i havent told dh this

Ooobedoo, congratulations!
I bet your daughter's lovely! What have you called her?
11lb1oz- you won't be getting much use from the prem baby, small baby, new baby or 0-3 month clothes then...0 -
Thank you!!!
We have called her 'Katherine Ella Louise', was just going to be Katherine Louise but DH's grandmother died a few weeks ago and Ella was her name.
She is in 0-3...not to sure for how long!! she has actually dropped from 11lb 1lb to 10lb 3oz but that is to be expected!
I am breasfeeding...ultimate money saving!Oh....I'm not going to lie to you......At the end of the day, when alls said and done......do you know what I mean.........TIDY0 -
Congrats on the new baby!
I had terrible heartburn with both my huge bald babies so no hair connection here LOL!!0 -
Congratulations!! She sounds lovely- how is the feeding going? x xA shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.

Feeding is going well, she seems to really enjoy feeding at night!!!
I don't know if I can post the link to this breastfeeding aide I have just ordered, it's £40 but I used it when my daughter was in the special care baby unit and it really helped, it's called 'mybrestfriend' so when that comes breastfeeding will be much easier. It fits around your waist, and you rest the baby on it.
I feel really positive about it, and everytime I change her nappy I feel really happy that I am feeding her and that unlike my poor son who I was virtually starving.Oh....I'm not going to lie to you......At the end of the day, when alls said and done......do you know what I mean.........TIDY0 -
yeah I remember the nite feeds well! Oldest DD is now 8 and baby DD is 10 months so starting to become a memory but broody as hell so may not be too long till the next time!
Did you not get on well feeding your son then? How are you feeling too? i always forget to ask that- its always about the baby first isnt it- whoops!A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.
