Hi - If you are on benefits you can apply for an exemption from court fees.
You can pick one up in the court office - as to location sorry I can't help there (give them a ring). Someone who knows more will be along shortly I'm sure & good luck!!!0 -
Hi lewt, the County Court is a modern grey building just opposite the bus station,on The Mounts (is also opposite the Chronicle & Echo offices, notfarfrom the jobcentre plus at Frances house.

Court adresss is 85/87 Lady's lane Northampton. It is the one opposite the bus station. With regards to fees you can download form EX160 from the court service website. When you file you need to take your claim form, the exemption form and proof of benefit dated within last last month. You can obtain a statement letter from the job centre but they only post it to you so allow 2 days.0

It will be your nearest county court, have a look on the link Rex has posted in post #67 above.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Hi all, received the Notice of Issue letter from the court today but it states at the top In the Northampton County Court. Only trouble is I am in Bristol. Can I change this, or should I have done something online?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0
