***A NOTE TO EVERYONE***
This question keeps coming up. It will be your local COUNTY court. If you don't know the nearest one to you, go to THIS SITE and find your local one. The site will give you all the details you will need for your local court (address, phone number, etc). Scroll down to your local court, click it to highlight it, and click the 'get court details' button.

Hi, just filling in the letter template for threatening court action to reclaim my bank charges; what do I put for name of court? I was going to go through 'moneyclaim' so do I put that or do I still put my local county court name (which I am assuming would be called Nottingham county court?) Any advice, please be specific on exactly the correct wording! Thanks.0

Hi All
I'm up to letter 3 (letter 5 template) now with Morgan Stanley, and it says in the last paragraph, "I believe these default charges are unfair and not proportionate to your costs, and therefore the [INSERT NAME OF COURT] court will rule in my favour."
Is this the name of my local county court or something else?
If it is, does anyone know of a site/resource where I can find out which court in my area it is likely to be referred to?
Thanks in advance and for your help so far.0 -

HI!
I'm really new to all this posting threads thing so forgive any stupid mistakes.
I have sent the first letter to Lloyds bank reclaiming £1100! Just received predictable reply from them dismissing my claim.
In the process of sending second letter threatening court but don't know which court to threaten them with!
Can anyone help?! Would be really appreciated!

Hi,
I am ready to write the first letter to natwest which I will delivery by hand to them tomorrow. They have charged me a total of £3494 in bank charges in just under 1.5 years!!
I have 1 question, which court do I put in where it states 'insert court name'?
Is there somewhere to find which court would get this claim if I have to file it online?
Your help is appreciated.

It's always your local County Court.
Although, with the greatest respect, if this question has you stumped, I would suggest you take professional advice before pursuing this any further.
Martin? Are these guys still blindly using your templates without any idea about what they're letting themselves in for? You'll always miss 100% of the shots you don't take - Wayne Gretzky
Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.0 -
You must have downloaded the wrong template. The second one (the one that threatens court action if they wont settle) mentions the court. The first letter doesn't make any mention of any court. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
