Which Court ?

as far as I know, the online money claims go to the Northampton County Court.0

You can also issue the claim in your local county court if you don't want to do it online. You can go in your local county court, and ask for a few copies of the form N1. You fill these in to issue your claim. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

This doesn't really need to be in the template, you can either put in your local court or just leave it out altogether.0

Hi there guys,
Just getting up the courage to send off my 'call to action' letter to Lloyds TSB and I was just wondering if someone could tell me where I can find the name of the court which I need to fill in in the letter? (I'm in the Bath area if that helps). This is the only thing holding me back from sending the letter. After reading all the posts in the Lloyds TSB thread I am now more determined than ever see my charges repaid!
Many thanks and apologies for the newbie question,
Alex0 -
It will be your local county court. In your case Bath County court.
***A NOTE TO EVERYONE***
This question keeps coming up. It will be your local COUNTY court. If you don't know the nearest one to you, go to THIS SITE and find your local one. The site will give you all the details you will need for your local court (address, phone number, etc). Scroll down to your local court, click it to highlight it, and click the 'get court details' button. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
