  • Got the letter from the bank and informed that I knew the rules and should have known better! Going to keep going but need help with the template that needs me to fill in the name of the court. Is this the online moneycentre or my nearest county court? Please help

The court is ALWAYS your local court if you sue a business.

To reclaim unfair bank charges, you can use Money Claim Online.
    https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp

It's easy, but do your research first - read Martins advice:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/viewnews.cgi?newsid1141050760,24632,

If you need all your statements before claiming, serve a Subject Access request on your bank and ask for all the statements - max cost is £10:

How do I know the name of the court to put in the letter in step 4? Is this just my local small claims court?
    Thanks
I've just started entering the competitions (July 07). When I win I'll update this signature. Look on the bright side, I shouldn't have to update it very often.

  • Read the sticky that starts contact address etc. Here there's a bit on the court. I didn't know either. Think you put in the name of your local county court. There's a link in there for a web page where you can find it out if you don't know it. Hope that helps.
    I will be rich :rotfl:
