Can anyone help me? Or do I just put County Court?0

Hi guys,
I'm completely new to all this! I have written to Halifax, asking for my bank charges back and they have written back to me saying that they are looking into my complaint and i should hear back from them in up to 8 weeks (surprise surprise...using delay tactics!!) I have decided not to wait to hear from them, but to go straight ahead with the threatening to take them to court letter. I have dowloaded and i think it must be that I'm tired...or just being an idiot (!) but where it says to fill in the name of the court, does anyone know what I should put there?
Thanks

Leave it out. Just say "the court will rule in my favour". The name of the court is irrelevant to your claim.Reclaimed thanks to this site:

I've had a read and im not sure what to write where it says insert courts address, do i put in my local courts address or put moneyclaim?
As i'm following the guide i think i should write monyclaim.
I am just wondering what other people have done.

You can just leave it at 'local court' at this stage.
Alternatively you can look here for your local court address:

Good luck
