Just leave the name of the court out, it is irreleveant to the letter.
    Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, but it really does not matter one little bit to your claim, so just leave it out, if the case goes to court, it will be automatically forwarded to your local court.

Yes I agree Beate it is completely irrelevant , and the court you file at may not be the court end up making the decision anyhow.

    Hi There

Ive received the now common 'we aim to resolve matters by 12h April' reply to my funds request, and I now intend to send my letter threatening court action.

I have downloaded the template, and the 3rd paragraph indicates where to insert name of court. I'm probably being thick but how do I know which court? (I intend to use Moneyclaim as suggested)

    thanks

    Hi

You can either leave the court name blank or search for your local County Court online at the following link:

    Hi,
On the 2nd letter threatening court action you have to enter a court name , is that just the local county court? Sorry to ask but I couldn't see anywhere in the guide for reclaiming charges that explained this.

    Thanks
    Andy
