Which Court ?

"..... court will rule in my favour"
Do I insert the name of my local court here? (In my case Greenwich Magistrates Court)
Sorry if this is a stupid question.

These matters are dealt with by the small claims courts which are county courts.
They are not dealt with by a Magistrates court as a a judgement has to be entered into and Magies don't have authority to enter a judgement only a 'punishment'.
The Judge is the person who hears the case and then enters the jusdgment.
Cheers.

Click the following link to take you to the HM Courts Service 'court finder' for your local County Court.

Of course you could also leave out the name of the court, it's not essential.

Hi i need some help -
I have written my 1st letter off as am trying to claim back ££ from Lloyds TSB about £1800 in last 6 yrs. I have recieved a ' we are dealing with your complaint letter' However it has been 3 weeks since i recieved this - so know i think i should continue with the threatening court letter. However i am filling in the template when it says insert NAME OF COURT - what court does it mean - Does it mean your local county court / small claims court - How do you know the name of it or where it or they are? or should i name the website suggeted?? Please help as i have no idea about these things.... 0 -
It is your local court but you do not need to give this information, it is irrelevant to your claim so just say "the court will rule in my favour".Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -

Hi,
I am looking for more advice.
I am just about ready to send the 2nd letter to my back as they replied to my first letter with the we'll investigate but it will take 8 weeks letter.
In the letter it asks you to put in a name of a court. Is this just your local sheriff court, So because i live in Cowdenbeath then i would put Dunfermline Sheriff court in??.
Thanks0 -
