Good Morning to all here already, and to those yet to come.
I'm in a more positive mood today. I'm off to feed and see to dog in a moment. I need to walk him when daylight arrives. I've got at least two washloads to do, and intend to do the bathrooms today, as well as putting the B.M. on. Then I have to cook up the Asda bargains Organic Chicken thighs, and organic frying steak. That's two meals sorted for next week.
List Christmas dinner food to buy and prepare ahead for freezer.
    Write all Christmas cards.
I think that's my morning sorted.

So much for a lie in with the Sunday papers...

Hey ho, and off I go

  Happy Birthday, Twink!!!

:hello: Gooooooooood Morning, fellow OS'ers :D:D:D

No rest for the wicked here  Got ironing to get on with plus need to get the "woollens" washed today. Have two chickens which I'll roast side by side, one for dinner, one for freezing after its been sliced and diced. Need to get some sweet things into the oven at the same time for the lads packed lunches this week and I'll pop a rice pudding in the bottom of the oven to cook for dessert while the other bits are cooking.

Had a lovely chat with a friend on the phone last night who put my cruddy week into perspective

dlb - fingers X'd for a good match today (my lad has a weekend off)

Jamie - think I'll join you in your pamper night tonight :D Been reading a lovely book "The Woman's Comfort Book" and it describes itself as a "self nurturing guide" ... it has some really lovely ideas in it (I've taken notes) and like you, JSunday night does seem to be a good night to pick for a bit of self nurturing :)

Yet more knitting on the agenda, got sidetracked last night  so didn't get on with it as I'd like.

Have a nurturing Sunday yourselves OS'ers; it's very restorative! ;)

((((hugs)))))) that is just so, so sad :(:(:(:( How very saddening that they didn't feel they could confide in you; you manage so very well with your own finances. When is the funeral?
