Have you tried reinstalling, or often you can repair through Add/Remove Progs.
If not google on the issue, other may have solved it0 -

I'm trying to install this but am having trouble. I presume the product validation code it requires is the one on the disc? (It must be because I can't find another code anywhere). When I type this in it tells me the validation code is incorrect. Can anyone help me - without getting too technical please!!!!0

This has been explained several times before however...
1) Go to this website. http://euro.quark.com/computershopper
2) Register as a new user and give it the details it requires. Then click "Register my product". You may need to give a few more details, and most importantly will need to give the code on the CD/DVD. Make sure it is in capital letters.
3) You will receive an Email from Quark with your "validation" code. This is the one that you will insert into the program.
4) Run the disc, go to full products >> quarks >> install. When you get the pop up, scroll down to step two (you've just done one) and select install.
5) Installation will start, and will ask for your validation code (the one in the email NOT the CD).
6) Give it any more details it asks for.
Then you're all done.

Try using CutePDF from Acro Software - it's free and works very well (I've used it for years)

I want to export a QuarkXpress document in pdf but do not have Acrobat Distiller installed (nor are likely to as it costs a bit.) Can anyone recommend a free/shareware pdf creation app which will work with QX?
TIA
