I just got my return email from quark "Welcome to Quark"

It is blank! apart from an attachment "Customer Overview.htm" with my login and password and 'customer account number' This isn't it is it?

Panic over, just got the 2nd (also blank!) email, with attached validation code!

No - I'm trying to register it before getting the validation code, but it won't accept the code on the disc for registration purposes.

the validation Key comes via email after you have registered the product

Looked around Nottingham city centre. only one shop has a copy left. Talking to a chap in whsmith he told me that it sold within days and a few people asked for it afterwards. The shop in question is opposite the city library

Did anyone got their email through to their hotmail account? I had registered using my hotmail account. Then by rereading through this forum i learned hotmail will not accept any email from quarkexpress.

am i best to wait till monday and give them a call?

i had tried to register the software again using my NTL email account but the site states the product is already registered as you would expect.

Can't seem to change my email address in the quarkerpress account.

Right, I've managed to install this now - I had to re-register using my husband's e-mail address because there was a problem with my account apparently. Anyway, after the installation it then asks you to register it again, but when I submit the page it "times out" so it won't do this. If I've registered it and got the validation code and installed it, is this final step necessary, or is the vital one which needs doing before 25th January?

I think you are OK. The final step is optional IIRC

Go to the website you register on. On the top bar is a drop down menu called Support.

There is an option to retrieve validation code, it gives you it onscreen, and gives you an option to send it to a new email address as well.
