Dumb question, I've installed the programme and it works fine.

Unfortunately my pc needs a total overhaul and I have to reformat it.

I presume I'll be able to reload quark, but which info will I need.

got one of the mags with the DVD's in Tesco's yesterday, they had loads, and W.HSmiths in Blackfriars station in the City of London still had loads with the CD's so they are still out there

Registration website still down

I have just brought Computer Shopper for this software, but when I try to register it on the internet I get "Unable to open page"

So I am unable to register the product and am unable to install the program.

It would be GREAT if somebody could help with this problem as it is driving me MAD, just like "Plug and Play".

Plug it in and spend DAYS playing with it to get it running!!

You have until late January to register it.

I'd suggest waiting until Monday evening, if it is still down, early in this thread a guy from Computter Shopper gave his email address, drop him a line.

The site *was* working fine a few days ago.

No I can't install it either. The web site is permanently down, try looking in the Computer Shopper forums if you want to see how many complaints they are getting. I cannot find any real answers to the cries for help on their forums, only wish I had looked there before blowing £3.50 on another mat for my coffee cup which is all the disc is worth.

I phoned the free-phone number, 'cos the e-mail with the validation code just kept coming as html coding, and they gave me the validation code verbally.

Hi,

I've had a few PMs regarding the keys to get this Software working.

So, I thought I'd just clarify the instructions from the install guide.

The Key on the CD is used to register your copy with the website only.

Once this is done, an email is sent to you with the actual key to unlock the software. (Warning: do NOT use a hotmail address when you register, hotmail hates quark key emails, it won't even reach your Junk mail folder)
