If anybody is having difficulty getting hold of a copy from their local shop, you can call Dovetail on 0845 126 0389 and they will be able to send you a copy of the magazine and the CD/DVD directly. Unfortunately, it will cost a bit more than a copy from the shops as stocks are limited - prices are £10 for the CD version and £15 for the DVD version.

A friend has tried to get the mag at their local WHsmiths & tesco's.
I went to my local shop, & also rang Morrisons.

None of them stock it, but Morrisons may have the new stock in tomorrow, they knew not which edition it would be though.

I bought some chocolate for consolation. :rolleyes:

What Computer Shopper is offering is an excellent deal for us readers. I was lucky enough to get myself a copy of the Magazine. The Quark CD was easy to install and works perfectly. I would also like to say what a great improvent the magazine now is from the last time I read it, a few years ago. It looks great as well. Well done Computer Shopper!!! and thank you for saving me a fortune on software. :T

I'm one of a group of volunteers who produce a newsletter so this will be invaluable, we desperately needed to get a decent DTP. Managed to pick up the last copy from my local newsagent.

I also want to thank Snowdog for the spare copy, which will go to one of my fellow volunteers.

Get the CD version unless you want the extra software - DVD drives still read CDs an will need to do so for some time to come.
