What happens if you don't send off your census

I filled in my census form today and walked down the post box to post it off and it was to big for the post box so i didn't know if to fold it in half so i brought it back home.

what do you tick if you walk to work exactly 50% of the time/distance & drive exactly 50% of the time/distance?

you can do it on line if you have a code in front page if you do not do cencus you could get fined £1000 or fold it and post it

Surely the census and it's envelope is the same size for every household...and post boxes are a pretty standard size...I'd have not thought twice about folding it (but did mine online for ease anyway)

Well I am on short time (2 years now) but I drive to work in the am and home in the pm but walk home & back again at lunch time. So even when I did work 5 days a week it was still 50% each.

In that case, your primarily drive to work. If you had not driven there, you would not walk home at lunchtime, so driving is key to your journey to work.
