BTW Smithy the best advice given on here still holds true which is to ignore a PPC UNLESS they send you real court papers, then pop over to pepipoo for a defence ..so this site hasn't actually let you down in that respect has it ?

The reason you ignore all the letters at the start is that there is no independent appeals process so the PPC will not listen to ANYTHING you say -you could send them a picture of your car with a diplomatic plate on and they would still send you their threatening letters.

I've never said I don't believe you ..so please make sure you post back here with the result ! (you may even get some apologies )

I will be seeing it through, and I will keep you updated. The worst that can happen is I have to pay exactly what they want me to pay now, so I have nothing to lose by seeing this through.

Glad the whole 'PPC troll' business has been settled, I wish I was one!

I do agree with Sirdan that the best advice is to ignore anything from PPC's, but time will tell whether this tactic has worked for me!

I have posted at so many different times, you are crazy. I know nobody likes to be proved wrong but it's a nice trait in somebody to be able to accept when they are and apologise.

I have no idea who the hell 'Perkysaddo' is and once again if people were to check they would find that we were not 'on the same PC' as I have no idea who that person is.

I am 100% a newbie to this forum, I signed up on Friday and signed up to Pepipoo on Sunday. I am sure this can be verified by somebody but to be honest I am getting a bit sick of having to prove myself. The 28 days has now started I need to concentrate on defending my case.

Is it your intention to keep threads about PE very active so people looking for information about you get the idea that you don't mess around and take people to court?

You seem very active but quite conveniently forget where you put the other letters that PE supposedly sent you, even spending a weekend looking for them, well fancy that !

Why are you keeping so many threads alive? Two on here and one on pepipoo. If you didn't like what people were saying on here about you, why didn't you just leave here and stick with the experts on pepipoo?

If everybody who gets taken to court is run off this site and everybody is told they are a fake then how does that help others in my situation?

I am not trying to keep anything active, I am merely responding to people questioning my authenticity. Pretty much every time I have replied has been to answer somebodys question. The other thread on here has turned into a joke and I was running with it, all the evidence I have given is on Pepipoo, I just felt that it was worthwhile looking for advice on both sites.

If everybody on this site called you a liar, said you were on here under two aliases and trying to con everybody when in fact you knew you were just a normal lad who has been taken to court would you not fight your corner????
