I signed up for the Free trial, got the dvd's i wanted quick and easy, cancelled the other day and had a confirmation e-mail to confirm. No complaints so bring on those boots vouchers.[0

This company should be publically shamed! or if your reading Martin make them pay up. This company is one of the worses ones I have dealt with. after 16 e-mails with only 3 replies & 5 phone calls, with some saying yes I am entitled for the voucher that was promised in Jan, some saying I get nothing as I only had 8 titles!!!!
I did however ring Boots with my complaint twice and kindly added the pionts on my card, but still feel cheated as I followed all the rules + LOVEFILM are not even bothered to provide good customer service. I feel sorry for all those who have taken up this offer & People who are thinking it a good offer DON'T
AVOID LOVEFILM AT ALL COSTS, YOU WE NOT GET YOUR £15.00 BOOTS GIFT CARD AS PROMISED.
Hope Martin will be able to sort this one out as it been going on far too long now and dragging Boots name down with it.

I still don't have a £15 Boots voucher and the latest reply from Love Film says the following: "We wish to inform you that it takes a minimum number of 30 working days after registration, for the boots voucher to be dispatched to customers. Also, customers need to have a minimum number of 10 titles in their selection lists at the time of registration & wait for the dispatch of the first rental. We are sorry to inform you that your selection list did not have a minimum of 10 titles at the time of registration." I have waited over 30 days as I signed up in mid December, and where did it say anything in the terms and conditions about the minimum of 10 titles? But I had this anyway!! Just seems like a load of excuses to me!0

I really think we ought to think up some new more original excuses for LF.
How about
" I am sorry,you are not entitled to a voucher as our records show you are not even connected to the internet".
Or "There was not an "R " in the month when you applied."
" The promotional code "IDIOT1" was not applied at the time ,making your application invalid."
"We have discovered MSE actually stands for Macedonian Stock Exchange.We have no connection with them."
"Our dog ate your vouchers"

Just got £15 Boots points credited to my Advantage Card, by ringing boots. They are very helpful, and even said that they are getting daily updated notes so they can make sure they are giving the right info to customers.

I eventually, after a lot of emailing, got my £15 vouchers at the end of January. However, last night I got an email saying -
Dear ****,
I refer to your recent query regarding the £15 Boots voucher. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your query.
Please note that we have now arranged to send you the voucher and it should be with you within the next 21-28 days time.
Should you have any further queries please let us know.
