I signed up for the offer - returned the 1st dvd and then promptly cancelled the agreement.Just been told by Love Film that they won't be sending a £15 voucher as I didn't select 10 films. Was told a month ago by the same person that I would. Any advice on how I can get the voucher?

Well after moaning on the phone + e-mailing them weekly I have now got a e-mail saying

I refer to your recent query regarding the £15 Boots voucher. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your query.

Please note that we have now arranged to send you the voucher and it should be with you within the next 21-28 days time.

I doubt im gonna get it, as had this e-mail before. I have already got my voucher from boots but if I do get the other voucher it will be worth my inconvience of moaning. Well my advice would be contact Boots first then keep harassing LF for another voucher.

I had the same thing happen with lovefilm promising 4 free tickets to the vue cinema. needless o say, the tickets have still not materialised despite two months of emails between me and lovefilm with the same poxy excuses! Not enough titles etc etc .

Love film have now taken £60 from my bank as they now claim that the declaraion (of lost disks. They say that they did not get the disks I posted back to them in December!!) has not been recieved by them, so as I have not cooperated with them they have taken £60 from me to cover the cost of replacing the disks!!! easy enough to say they didn't get it if it means taking £60 from someone - as if it costs them £20 a dvd anyway!!!;)

Here some great news for hopefulls who are still waiting vouchers. I finally got 3x£5 in the post this morning from LF after 8 weeks of e-mails & I also complained to Boots in Feb & got 1500 points aswell = £30.00 bon

LF have finally got the message that they have a crap service & trying to do something about it.

Yesterday in the post I received from Lovefilm - 3 compliments slips and 2x£5 Boots vouchers!! So altogether I've had £25 off them. Think I should send the latest vouchers back?:rotfl:
