    I got an email to say that they will be sending my voucher but I never got it. Lovefilm say it probably was lost in the post and that I should supply a different address. I did that but still havent got the voucher.

    I contacted Boots but they couldnt do anything but refer me back to Lovefilm. This is SO frustrating.

    got my vouchers from Lovefilm today, it has taken about 20 emails with the very last one stating I would make matters more formal with a complaint letter to the Chairman if not resolved in next 4 days, vouchers arrived on day 6. A success at long last

    Thanks will try giving them a call tommorrow aswell, just e-mailed Lovefilm on the link provided by Martin on another thread so fingers crossed.

    still waiting for mine(although not been quite 21 days since my last e-mail from them) so will wait a bit longer before complaining again:mad: ,glad to hear they are still being sent out and people are getting them eventually:beer:

  • AAh.....!! I too have been caught out by the 'non' free trial by Boots for 6 free DVD's. I have been charged the £9.99 monthly fee. However my understanding was that from the T&C on the Boots flyer (in my Advantage Card Boots Magazine) that I could have 6 free DVD's sent to me and then charged the monthly fee after recieving the 7th one. The point is I have only recieved 3 DVD's over 3 weeks, so how can they charge me. T&C very confusing and vague. I immediatly called the help line Lovefilm website and even though I explained that I thought the T&C were very misleading they did not agree to refund the £9.99. I told them what I thought and that they gave very bad customer service. I am glad to hear I am not the only one! I got the address of the trading standards so I will tell them about this very unfair situation. Does anyone know how I contact Boots for my free £10 voucher as I have not had this either. I do believe more people should make official complaints as things like this will never stop.

    I received an email on 11th March at 11.30 PM !! which stated:

    Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your query.
    Please note that we have now arranged to send you the voucher and it should be with you within the next 21-28 days time. Should you have any further queries please let us know.

    Gosh, they work late - hasn't arrived yet but hopefully will
