Received this reply from Lovefilm today after I chased my vouchers and after they told me they couldn't find me on their database...

There are minor reasons as well as the major reason :eek: I do not qualify for the voucher?! The ( ) sentence made me laugh. :rotfl:
I fully qualify for the voucher, I had 10 dvd's listed in my selections otherwise how on earth did they send me two?! I followed the t&c correctly :rolleyes:

I didn't think to copy Boots into my email, I'm not going to do that but I may email them regarding this.
Oh I received a new email last week with this offer!! While I think Boots should be made aware of the problems, I can't see that it will harm Boots at all.

i cancelled my account yesterday as i had not received anything and this morning i got 15 pounds of vouchers 1 x 5pound and 1 x 10 pound.... took ages but all came good in the end. not rejoining though
