i complained to lovefilm and got a discourteous reply saying i wouldnt get vouchers, there fore complained to boots via email, who forwarded my complaint to lovefilm, got an email of a senior customer relations guy who said i would be entitled to vouchers and was on the list, however as i hadnt received any he would arrange another set to be sent out, hey presto 15 boots vouchers yesterday.....and another 15 pound today!!!! checked my advantage account and got 239 points as well!!
So in the end i received approx £32.39 worth of boots stuff for 9.95!!

wouldnt touch em with a barge pole again though!!!
Hi bluestu - wow! lucky you, at least someone's done alright out of all this! :j Now you should rush out to Boots and snap up loads of their fancy gift sets that have been reduced after xmas - let Lovefilm pay for some of this year's xmas pressies!0 -
I sent this email to Lovefilth:Hi there
> I signed up with lovefilm as part of a promotion you were running with Boots, whereby new subscribers were entitled to a £15 boots voucher for taking part in the free trial. I have fulfilled all the criteria for the voucher, and as yet have still not recieved it. The following is taken from the terms and conditions:
>
> Only users who have fully completed the registration process to sign up for the free trial and have received their first disc will receive their £15 Boots voucher. Your Boots vouchers will be dispatched within 30 days of registration. At expiry of the free trial period, credit/debit cards will be automatically billed for the monthly subscription fee based on the package selected, unless subscription has already been cancelled. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time,
>
> As you can see, the critera for recieving the voucher, is to sign up for the free trial, and recieve at least one disk from yourselves, which I have done.
>
> I would be grateful if you could reply, and let me know when I can expect my voucher to be delivered.

> Many Thanks

I have had an email from Love film saying that I am not eligiable for a voucher as i did not add 10 dvds on to my rental list on the day of signing up!! what can I do?
Hi redballoon:Lovefilm / Boots £15 voucher offer T&Cs:
"The registration process includes providing a current e-mail address, password, home address (so LOVEFiLM.com can send out the DVDs), credit or debit card details (to verify identity) and creating a selection of at least 10 titles. Only users who have fully completed the registration process to sign up for the free trial and have received their first disc will receive their £15 Boots voucher. Your Boots vouchers will be dispatched within 30 days of registration."
If you didn't add those 10 titles, then the Lovefilm registration process was never completed. If the process was never completed, then you've never been a Lovefilm customer. And if you've never been a Lovefilm customer. . .
You must be a very, very happy, er, balloon. :j
But if you did add 10 titles in order to register as a Lovefilm customer so as to be told by Lovefilm that you didn't add 10 titles, then. . .
The thought occurs, you really couldn't make this up, could you? _pale_ _pale_ _pale_0 -
bluestu: excellent news about receipt of not one but two Boots vouchers.
In what way are you related to Lovefilm's Managing Director?0 -

Is it just people who have kept their account open who have had vouchers so far?
I can't recall seeing anyone who has followed the T&Cs but closed the account saying they've had one.0
