I visit this site everyday but have never posted on here before. Anyway .... I signed up for the Lovfilm offer on 29/11/06 and cancelled five days later after recieving only one DVD. I got my £15 Boots voucher this morning ... WOOHOOO

Just to let you know we're monitoring the Lovefilm situation and, having spoken to Martin, we've decided as some people have started receiving their vouchers we're going to holdfire for a few days. We'd rather wait and see before going in with the hobnail boots!

Honest.

(It's somewhere in the Lovefilm offer T&Cs.)

I joined lovefilms for the £15 voucher, i have cancelled in time and had no charges. But i emailed them asking about when i would get the voucher and my reply was,

Thank you for contacting LOVEFiLM. We do understand from your email that you have concerns regarding £15 boots voucher.

We have reviewed your account information and see that your account has been cancelled within your free trial period. We would like to inform you that the customers become entitled to received this voucher only when they become a paying member with us.

If you have any other questions then do please let us know, otherwise welcome back and we hope that you will continue to enjoy using LOVEFiLM.


I have emailed them back with a copy of their terms and conditions which doesn't say this.

Has anyone any other suggestions of what to do?
