Which means that NO MSEr on this thread has received any voucher from Lovefilm.

So. . . Four more days to go (45 days after my registration, allowing Lovefilm a 50% over-shoot on its timing) and then I'll be chasing up my voucher, too.

I really do echo what codger is saying here along with the others who have been monitoring the situation.

If I hadn't taken up the 750 points offer I'm sure I would have taken up this one so would have been in the same boat as you guys :mad: My mate, who is an avid follower of this site, has also signed up for this offer. She managed to cancel almost straight away so she isn't expecting anything!

I'm wondering if ringing them made any difference - Ill see if I can find the freephone number for them.

The freephone customer service number I used was 0808 2000193. I rang BT and got it confirmed that this number was free from a BT landline - not sure about any others, sorry.

Maybe ringing them will make them sit up and take notice. Emails can be replied to in minutes, but a phone call.................. takes a bit longer!

It's just an idea peeps It may just work.

Lets wait and see...just hope the 'they' referred to is the voucher not another 10 DVDs (which would be 9 more than they managed to send me during the trial )

Just an update on my progress this month. I joined on 24 November for my '6 free rentals plus £15 Boots voucher'. Was careful to remember to cancel before the 21 day mark, as per the small print but when I called on 15 December, apparently I was too late to cancel and had to pay £9.99 for a further month. Called today to ask again about the voucher before I cancelled and was told that someone 'from the other department' would call me back within 24 hours. Then asked to cancel and was told that they could not take my cancellation until after this other call takes place. I will NEVER EVER use these people again. They are a nightmare. The person I spoke to was very nice but appeared to struggle to understand English. This just adds to the frustration. Will post again tomorrow.

Ive received a further email stating that i was in fact correct and i need to wait AT LEAST 28 days from signing up, worryingly doesnt mention a maximum figure just a minimum !!

You can cancel after you have sent the first dvd back and still get the £15.00 voucher
