Well i got a reply to the email i sent 3 days ago...

    Dear Deano,

Thank you for your email regarding your promotional voucher.

I have forwarded your details to the supervisor for his immediate attention.
When he contacts me with details i will send you an email immediately.

We are sorry for any inconveniences caused.

    Kind regards,

    Neil
  • I have just received a mailing from Boots. Talk about timing! But what is interesting is the phrase about the voucher.

In the body of the advert it says: "Plus £15 Boots voucher when you register".
Can't get much clearer than that. I have e-mailed the whole ad to Booots customer services asking for their comments. I only live 10 minutes from them so perhaps I should go down and picket!!!!!

Have saved the email incase anyone wants to verify the T's & C's etc. Just PM me and I'll forward it.

    Thank y'all.

Ive just received another email, asking me to confirm that i only had 1 account with them that is now cancelled so presumably they will try and claim that I have to be a current member to get the voucher, this looks like it going to take a while to resolve so i would advise you all to start asking where your vouchers are now rather than waiting for their 'due' date.

Hi Mishka: could I suggest that if anyone is goiing to start asking where their vouchers are, they do so BY EMAIL to Lovefilm.

This is important because telephone conversations really don't count.

It's also important to note MARTIN's POST earlier in this thread: he wants to look at the entire Lovefilm / Boots £15 voucher situation this month. So written evidence of Lovefilm's position on this matter is valuable.

Although it's now 40 days since I joined Lovefilm -- and still no voucher -- I am prepared to wait until the end of this week for delivery.

    * Lynne: I have a copy of the flyer on file, ready to be posted here as and when. And yes: it says, in very large print, that the voucher will be sent on registration.

I have just received a new mailing for this today as well.

Much as I would love a £15 voucher - I think I will pass after all the hassle everyone else has had!

I am waiting for Martin's mid-january update as I believe only one person has got the voucher on this thread.

They are going to send my voucher , quote from their email.. "generally within a minimum of 28 working days"..Sorry,but that means nothing..what about telling me when exactly i will receive it?

Dont remember seeing "generally" or "a minimum" when i signed up.
