Don't touch them with a barge pole!!
I took out the offer, was charged after 15 days £9.99, after endless calls to the indian call centres got no where. Complete waste of time! Tried to cancel twice and they wouldn't let me! Third time I was able too.
JOKE!! Rang Boots to complain and they weren't interested.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!No one puts baby in the corner.0 -
ouff..ff I'm glad I did not go for this trial but I must say that I have done Lovefilm trial twice in the past & the service was reasonable. I can't complain too much.0

I read on thier site that it is unlimited dvd rental to your door for 9.99 a month, and i gather you can cancel any time - i would be happy joining them for a couple of months, therefore paying 9.99 as you get a month free, and getting a 15 pound voucher for boots - but is that how it happens then or not?

Hi i've been looking for a number to contact love film to cancel.
i got a new bank card. so they couldnt take the payment. they've frozen my account. so whenever i go to look for their number to cancel it only offers me an option to email or enter new card details. (handy...)
i have returned the dvd. but its showing i still have it.
does anyone have the number?
and any advice of what to do would be helpful. I've already had trouble with love film. free trial that i've ended up paying for.
i've now decided that nothing in life comes for free.
i wanted to cancel anyway0 -

I have in my hand a Boots £15 VOUCHER.
It came with a very nice (personal) letter from a Boots Customer Care lady.
Thanks to all the nice people in this thread for their moral support, help and advice.
F**k Lovefilm!
Happy New year!0 -
