bottle of comfort in every single one of my shops:D, a bit bored now though so will probably chuck in something else in red - thanks v. much to all who contribute to SS.

Not tried yet but was looking for 'normal' shopping to contribute to DS uni box (students eh?)
    Pot noodles 4 pack T £3.97 A £3. dtd £1.94 cost £2.03 (singles are £1 each at both)
Comfort? Its gotta be the shampoo! Must have 6 bottles of Herbal Essences now!
Also, my favourite part of student shopping is asking the shelf-stacker for a box of [value] noodles. They look confused whilst you try and explain you want a box of 48 just like they get, in the useful dispenser box they put on the shelf.

Also, sorry, just noticed the option to multi-quote. Really should know better but last few forums I've used have been very simplistic, without any quote/bb-code options at all

    Me too :(

I bought lots of fruit, veg and eggs from Morrisons when they were 30p. I froze a lot of the veg and will use some tomorrow. I love the Tesco strawberry fabric conditioner and the Bold 2 in 1 jasmine tabs but I still miss my trips to Morrisons... Life was easier then!

I have edited the sheet so items that have negative cost value (e.g. total cost is actually a profit) will automatically appear in red to highlight them.

Personally i throw a couple of those items in each shop to reduce overall cost as much as I can and figured would be easier for others who do likewise to spot those items if they were highlighted. Hope thats ok, shout up if not and I will change it back :)

Looks good to me - nice to have a proactive editor on board. :money:

Apparently he went over march's £100 limit by 20p and the clubcard fraud squad burst in and got him. It was awful, there was abandoned wine and strewn after eights everywhere. :(

It's a confession because I felt daft going through my crisp stash to check the dates but curiousity got the better of me, plus my OH walked in and asked me what I was do ing and when I told him I was checking the crisps to see if they expired on a Saturday he looked at me like I was mad an just said "Why?"

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I just snorted some free Baileys up my nose at both of these posts!!!!!

But is he REALLY up to DTD Olympic standard??? Have you read the OH stories on this and the previous thread???? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
