I had a lovely evening, thanks Lucielle - rather later home than I anticipated, and I drank some super strength coffee quite late in the evening.....so as you can imagine, not much in the way of quality sleep was achieved! Here's hoping today is not too frantic!!

So, said newly heartbroken friend decided to do lunch instead, which was nice.....thereby allowing me to go to the gym after work which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The sprouts, therefore, remain undiscovered in the back of the cupboard.
