OK I want to say this out loud. I think Z is wonderful........... there I said it :)

Hypno, friends are friends no matter what kind! And when we care about friends then we are affected by their issues too even if we try not to be. I understand about the judging. There are some things that I write and then delete so with you there. As Z says I hope that you have somebody to confide in. I had one friend who knew everything inside out and that helped.

So you are now a Zumba convert........... oh dear I hope we wont see a repeat of the shred craze as I am not up to feeling guilty for not doing Zumba as well as shred. ;) Not seen the results of the rugby - hope you enjoyed it and when is the next football match that you can get to.

Don't forget the oven cleaning craze.

And there is also the "frequent ironing" mania which I have ducked out of...

Don't worry, I won't be encouraging everyone to go to Zumba a couple of times a week - at £5 a class, it is not as MSE as shred....or oven cleaning....or ironing.....

My football team are not at home, but I am just sorting out heading to a pub with a couple of the guys to watch the match this afternoon. DS has gone on the supporters' coach to watch the game, but as it is in Bolton, I didn't really fancy the journey myself.

I did enjoy the rugby - I am liking the fact that the matches are first thing in the morning.....very easy to incorporate them into the weekends! England match tomorrow - hopefully we play better than we did last week :o

But obviously more enjoyable than them all put together... ;)

Never mind the journey - look at the destination... ;)

You're talking like that would be difficult. It is not a high bar to surpass...

    I've been to Bolton.

    Good call.

Hello Hypno...I watch your thread (and have for a while) but never comment. Just look back and see what you have achieved in a short space of time. Now I know people say this to me and I just reply with "well I could have done more" but there comes a time where reality hits and I have found that the best way to deal with it is to roll with it. The dark days wont last forever but you and your life have both changed. Sometimes that takes time to accept and adapt to it. One day soon the brightness will appear again (normally after a bottle of wine and a bloody good cry!!) and all will be well.

You really are an inspiration to a great many people but you are human. xx

thank you redlady - it is lovely when people pop out from lurkdom to offer support.

Well, I went to the pub with a couple of the guys.....struggled through a single bottle of beer and came home. I am out for a quiet dinner with a girlfriend tonight and won't be late home. Hoping that I will start to feel more settled tomorrow......

The football result went our way, so DS will have a reasonable journey home - nothing worse than a long coach journey when you have had a rubbish result, or a badly played game!

I recommend a Watching of You've been Framed, very good tonic when you don't exactly know what is going on.

Haha, buffy, it really is NOT my thing.....I just end up getting annoyed at them for either staging something for £250, or for being stupid enough to not look where they are going :o
