What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Shaggy can i be a pain and change my target to 14 for May.

I am declaring AF for tonight as I have poured the remainder of vodka I had left down the sink and have bought a bottle of diet coke instead.

    1 af please shaggy x

I am feeling a bit down at the moment and I know its because I have drunk for the past two nights :( .

hugs to everyone who needs them x

2 weeks and 1 day totally AF and will be for the next 4 weeks which should make it 6 weeks.

AFD 1 today and boo Man U lost! Rubbish!

I'll pop back on later this week to update further but good luck to everyone for May's challenge. Every day is worth getting AF for and nothing beats the spring or in fact any season for me but especially the light mornings and evenings!
