Rachel, you are going through a tough time and i completly sympathise with you. We know MrR's dad won't get better and it's so hard to cope with. Try to stay AF as you might find it easier to stay strong for your mum and your family. But don't beat yourself up for having selfish days and wanting to get totally wasted.
    Sending you (((hugs)))

    Morning All!

Welcome back Miss Piggy! Hope all is ok in RL. We missed you!

Lornadoone - Well done for staying strong at the street party. The cheek of some people trying to get you to drink! Why can't they just respect your decision.

Slightly less stressed today. Going over to see the parents. My uncle is staying for a couple of days. He lived with my grandad, was his carer for the last 10 years, and is also a recovering alcoholic (he stopped drinking when my grandad couldn't wake him up one morning when he needed him). So we're all pretty worried about him right now.......

Looking like an awesome sunny day out there, hope you all enjoy it :D

Thanks for all your support guys. I spoke to DH yesterday and told him that I needed to be AF, and that I couldn't just have 'the one'. He seems to understand and is being supportive. Today my mum is coming over for lunch, hopefully she will be able to eat as much as she did last week. I told DS yesterday, and he seemed to take it quite well. Anyway, was AF last night (finally), finishing on 19 for April please Shaggy. Well done to everyone who's been AF over the bank holidays, and (((hugs))) to all xx
