    OMG this thread is just what I need!!!

    Sorry for being a bit thick but could someone please explain how this one works? Do I set a monthly target (?) and report back at the end of the month or just update as I go along?

    Hi May and welcome-1.gif

    We set ourselves targets each month for the number of days that we want to be alcohol free. If you want to join in for the remainder of April then you could set a target of between 1 and 8. If you want to just join the May challenge then your target could be between 1 and 31. Or you could just be TF (target free) and see how you get on.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Well I wasn't AF last night. I had 3 glasses of wine and felt quite tippsy (hick), my bf says I'm a "cheap date" lol.
