No more days to report yet. Was out for a meal last night but had just one glass and none when I got home (pleased with that). Back on the wagon tonight.
Wild and windy here too. Keep safe and warm everyone.0 -

Just in from work (early for me). I was AF yesterday so 4 for Dec challenge and 1 for SNC please.
A colleague brought in some wine today as it is her birthday; but I resisted :j. Now that may have something to do with the fact that it was white wine and I prefer red but there was a time when I would have had some anyway. Baby steps but I really do think that my relationship with alcohol is becoming a little more normal.
It's too early to call today AF but that is certainly my intention.
Have a good evening everyone.

Wow, just been catching up on some of the posts from the last two days and amazed and heartened to read how far some of you have come in your journeys with alcohol (or more accurately, without alcohol...)
I really do hope that one day it will be me popping in to say I've reached my 1st, 2nd or even 10th AF anniversary. Very inspiring posts, thank you.
For now though, I am just happy to claim my 6 AFDs for Dec pls Shaggy and 2 for the SNC thanks bearacus..0 -

Heard a few tinkling bells earlier, must be Christmas;)
Safely ignored them though.

Hi Everyone
7 Af please Shaggy. Wasnt AF last night, went to a friends for dinner and didnt resist any offers of wine, which left me with a 'fuzzy head' this morning and reminded me why im making an effort to be AF on school nights. Back on the wagon this eve though and hope to continue on the AF front for a couple of more days this week. It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
