Huge party on Saturday night but all quiet since then apart from a half a bitter last night. I'm not sure I can count Sunday as AF seeing as I was drinking into the early hours of Sunday but if not then I am now 4 AFDs and 2 for this week's SNC (can I be put down for 3 this week please?)

    Thank you

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Up to you Jevvers but I would count early hours Sunday as still being Saturday for the purposes of AFDs. I reckon the day starts when you wake up in the morning.

Am on 8 thanks Shaggy. Am a bit behind my AF target at the mo, but have only had the odd glass on the other days.

  • Halfway through December, so how's everyone getting on??

I've just had a quick look at the fabulous Shaggy's score keeping and there are some very respectable totals on there. Well done everyone!!! :T

The current phrase in the Rainman household is "When I stop drinking after Chirstmas" Only time will tell if this will really happen. If it doesn't I will start telling him that I'm starting to notice his weight gain (about a stone and a half in the last 18 months) and all the empty calories are adding up :D

I had my one and only Christmas party yesterday. And stayed completely sober :D Ok, so it was only the Baby and Me Christmas party at my local Childrens Centre........... :p

Hope you are all ready for Christmas :santa2:

I'd agree with that too jevvers. My reasoning was that if I stayed up until past midnight and then had a drink I couldn't count that as an AFD so the reverse must be true as well. (Oh I do miss the confused smilie:))

Thanks for posting MrsRainman. Listening to excuses must be so irritating. However, I started on here one January as a New Year's resolution so you never know (and I was mainly motivated by the effects of empty calories too).
