What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Hi Everyone
OMG its horrendous up here. We got sent home from work early which is a bonus, glad to made it home safe and sound and feel sorry for the travellers who are stuck on motorways heading home.

We've been warned to expect power cuts soon, so im away to dig out candles, torches etc. Garden is looking very 'open plan' at the mo as half the fence is away and we have acquired an assortment of random garden furniture courtesy of our neighbours.

Hope to remain AF this eve but who knows

Good evening, and thanks for the words of support, and welcome. I managed just the one day, but feel good for doing so, and have been drinking lots of fruit juice daily.

So just 1 alcohol free day for me. A start, plus making a concerted effort to drink mainly juice, or other soft drinks during the day. I am usually more health conscious, but lately have increased consumption. What I have had this month has decreased massively. So thanks to everyone.
