21 please!! I get another little smiley thing!
Welcome gardenanna!
I've just been watching (recorded) Educating Essex so thinking of you. I'm loving that you (and me) are motivated by the smileys. I always think of this thread as a star chart for grownups. And it works!!! Well done on the 21AF :T0 -
15 days AF free for me please :T0

Morning :hello:
I wasn't AF last night, went to the pub and had a meal and a couple of glasses of wine. Very nice it was too. I will probably be AF tonight as I have a date with my couch and x factor.

15 for me thanks Shaggy. Lots of stress in RL this week, genuinely thought I was going a bit mad but haven't turned to the drink as yet. Kiwi friend wants me to watch the egg chasing tomorrow at practically dawn in a pub. Can't imagine having a pint at 8am so hopefully won't succumb. Hope everybody has a nice weekend.

Good morning everyone :hello:
I wasn't AF yesterday but then I didn't expect to be as there was a leaving do at work. I had 2 glasses of wine in very nice company and then I came home and didn't have any more. Normally if I've been out I continue drinking when I get home so I feel quite good about that.0 -
Thank you everyone for the warm welcome - I'd like to try for 8 AF free days in October please Shaggy.0
