flimsier - well done on 57 days :T that's brilliant!! Are you working to a goal or just taking it one day at a time?

No goal; I'm pretty stunned I've made it this far! I will drink again, but this is the longest dry spell since I started drinking (by some very considerable distance; probably my previous best was about 10 days when sick!)

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Morning All!!

Welcome to the newbies  Good luck on your journey's and don't stress too much if you fall off the wagon. Each day is a new day :D

Well the results are in from my 1 week study and even I'm shocked
    15 Bottles of Wine
    14 Bottles of Bud
If I work that out based on the 3 for £10 offer that is a minimum of £65 a week
And around 170 units of alcohol!!!!!

    For once I'm speechless..............

  • P.S. Another £2.50 won on the lottery. Woohoo!!!! :j

I reckon that's only slightly more than my average when I'm on it.
    Isn't a bottle of wine 10 units? I'm confused!
Anyway, what are you going to do with this information?

  • Hello! Newbie shuffling in :)
I would like to be af in the week please. I had trained myself to do that and was doing really well then we went to a wedding on Oct 8th and I have just realised I've drunk every day since then *oops* I'm off to work in a minute until about 10pm so will be ignoring the lure of the (open in the kitchen) wine tonight.
