Hello
I've had a difficult week but have managed to stay AF, so I'm now on 9 for September and I completed the whole of the SNC this week, although it was quite hard at times. Tonight I feel like a big ball of stress, my Dad's coming to stay tomorrow and he's dreadfully OCD, while I take a 'relaxed' approach to housework... my life is work work work mum mum mum and I just get too tired to worry about keeping it immaculate. Whatever I do it won't be good enough so I'm preparing myself to be told off. I'm 38 years old. He'll want to look at my budget too. Aaaaaaarrrrrggggghhh. I love him dearly but I get so stressed about it, and no matter how many times I explain this to him, it's always the same.
Anyway, rant over, I'm going to get my pj's on, make a cup of tea and watch last week's Casualty on the iplayer.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
Evening all - or morning I suppose!:)
Everyone is doing so well - its really inspiring.
I did have 2 small glasses of wine this evening (one of them properly small at 125mls!) so today not AF but would normally have had much more on a Friday night and I am quite pleased with the way the week has gone. I was out for meal and theatre last night with eveyone else in the group drinking and I stuck to soda and lime - and still had a really good time! Also got through pub quiz with no booze either the night before - so all in all, a postive week so far with the total standing at 5/20
Must keep it up!As of 10 July: Debts:CC1:22.4% - £2900; CC2:0%- £3700; O/D - £1700; 0% 24 month credit purchase - £[STRIKE]1176[/STRIKE] - £0!OU loan: £[STRIKE]1305[/STRIKE] - 984.81

I think the drunken moose thing is hilarious!
I had gin and tonic last night so no more AF days to add. I will not drink this weekend though as I have missed waking up clear headed these past two days. Have also noticed drinking really does have an immediate negative effect on my mood too and I need all the good spirits I can muster at the moment!Trying to keep in budget.

Morning :hello:
OH and some friends were meeting up in the pub last night at 7. I was v v tempted but I thought "no"- I must clock up some AFDs (and calory free!!!!) nights and declined.....
.... so I had an AF Friday!
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Good morning all!
9 for me please Shaggy!
Was a bit touch and go last night though, as Piglet was at the outlaws so me and OH went for a Toby (yum yum!). Resisted the urge for a glass of wine though and had pepsi instead.
