Morning Yorkshire belle SNC is normally Mon -Thurs but if you want me to include Sunday for you thats not a problem . I wont do the list till tommorow though if thats ok ! Glad to have you aboard and good luck with your AFness

I went out for dinner last night and had one glass of red wine. just one. It was fine. Phew.
Back on the AF road today though, and very glad that I didn't crack open a bottle when I got in as I once would have done.
I'll do the whole SNC this week.
so still 9 for me in September.

Would you put me down for just 2 for the SNC please Bearacus. I've got a busy week coming up with birthdays to celebrate (not mine - family and friends). But I'll drink moderately when having meals out and like AnnieG said I won't be cracking open a bottle when I get home.

Nothing to report over the last 3 days. Can you include me for 3 nights on the SNC this week please My fella is away one night this week so I may treat myself to a glass of red that night as a treat, as I miss him when he's gone.

11 for me now; it's been relatively easy so far this month. I guess that will change at some point (and it's a dangerous thing to think). I've just been throwing myself into work and ignoring any cravings!
