Lots of AFness going on, well done guys.
I drank last night, was planned. Didn't have as much as I usually would've, considering I ended up in a club. Still feeling very low this morning though, maybe some more sleep this afternoon will help.
Out for a meal for my Dad's 70th birthday tonight, and my sister and her OH are home from London. It's not very often we all get together so I'm planning on having a couple of glasses of wine with my meal if I feel OK.0 -

Evening everyone. Checking in for day 10 .
Last night was AF too. I definitely feel like I've broken the habit of drinking at home which is great, but I felt a lot of pressure to drink when out last night.
One third of the month down now!
