Work is really busy and I woke up in the night feeling like I couldn't breathe which has happened on two other occasions in the last 4 months.

This happened to my husband quite a lot at night, sent him to the doctors and he has asthma. Very late to develop and only really bothered him at night. Might be worth being checked out :o. (Oh and happened especially if he had had a drink.)

This happened to me a couple of days ago. Dreamt I was suffocating, woke up in a panic to discover a large cat lying on my chest. yikes! (Hope nobody thinks I'm being flippant. Hope your work worries subside WBF!)

6 AF for me thanks Shaggy

And what happened to Summer, eh? pah!

    Evening All,

Rachelww1 Congratulations on getting to your target weight:T:T

Went out last night for dinner with friends and was AF.

Today has been tough stepson had to appear at a court hearing, had a customer become abusive, went to get in my car after work and the battery was flat hubby and son in law at a meeting and have no-one else locally I could call. So left the car there and caught the buses home took 3 buses ,£20 and 1 1/2 hours. Have I had a drink no do I wont a drink YES but I dont have any in the house and I have to meet hubby at the car at about 11 oclock tonight.

So 8 AF days for me please shaggy.

Im sure im going to fall of the wagon soon im no angel

    Have a good evening all.

Well done getting to your target weight rachelww1! :T

Legsand - don't say that you'll fall off the wagon. If you can stay AF after the trials and tribulations you had today then you can get to your target this month.

I'm out tomorrow night - open air theatre/concert . Rather than a soft drink I might actually take a flask of tea as it's getting a bit chilly these evenings!! I know I won't be the only one not drinking so it will be easyish (well I hope) to stay AF.

Day 8 AF for me please - thank you Shaggy.
