Hi Everyone
Hope all well. Not been around much RL just really busy at the mo, finishing work on Fri for 2 weeks hols means that this week is super busy. I seem to have drifted into 'holiday mode' a week early and confess that i havent achieved any more than 1 Af this month and the way im feeling i cant see that changing much. Im so annoyed as i really wanted to clock up some AF days before we head off on Sat but it aint happening. Rather than beat myself up about it i have to remind myself of all the months ive clocked up good Af scores but this month isnt going to be one of them. Shaggy, if you dont mind just take me off the Sept list and i will start over again when i return at the end of the month. Wishing you all luck with all your challenges and i look forward to catching up with you at the end of the month,:wave:It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
Have a good holiday Mackeroo.
AF for me tonight please Shaggy. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Checking in for day 7. I can't believe how much just having to to this and read all the posts on here is helping. The support is so appreciated:A.
I seem to have slightly replaced booze with chocolate... have just tucked into a large bar of fruit and nut from the corner shop (instead of what would have usually been a bottle). I must say I was tempted when I walk by the booze section but managed to keep walking....
Well done for you AF lunch stitchintime. I have friends like that too, but fortunately for me as far as attempting to be AF this week goes, I have not met them for lunch!0 -
